The ChainSignal editorial team accepts structured inquiries from practitioners, researchers, and organizations who want to improve the accuracy and coverage of the publication.

Editorial independence notice: Inquiry submissions do not influence editorial assessments in vendor profiles, comparisons, or case studies. Commercial relationships do not affect editorial content.

Types of Inquiries Accepted

  • Corrections: Factual errors in vendor profiles, case study outcome figures, comparison analyses, or glossary definitions. Please include the specific claim and a source for the correction.
  • Vendor profile requests: Request coverage of a vendor not currently in the directory. Include the vendor name and primary supply chain functions addressed.
  • Case study leads: Share a real-world AI supply chain deployment that should be in the archive. Include the company, supply chain function, AI vendor (if known), and the original source (press release, trade article, earnings call, etc.).
  • Implementation guide suggestions: Suggest a topic, framework, or practitioner challenge not yet covered in the implementation guide library.
  • Glossary term suggestions: Suggest a term that should be defined or an existing definition that needs updating.
  • General editorial feedback: Anything else about the publication's coverage, methodology, or structure.
