§ 10 — Post-Mortems register
Post-Mortems
Real, numbers-backed accounts of specific supply-chain AI deployments: named or clearly identified teams, the vendor used, the function affected, deployment timeline, stated goal, quantified outcome, what broke, and an explicit verification-level label (first-hand interview, earnings-call disclosure, litigation record, or press-corroborated). This is the flagship section and the site's primary moat. Entries must trace to a real, sourced deployment; composite or synthesized "typical" scenarios are never presented as real accounts. Excludes generic advice or checklists (see Readiness) and excludes vendor-level company news not tied to a specific customer outcome (see Vendor Moves). Each entry cross-links to the relevant vendor thread in Vendor Moves and to related Use-Case Analyses. If no verifiable account exists for a given vendor/function pair, no placeholder entry is published for it.
Coverage is expanding
No post-mortem has cleared editorial review yet. This register only publishes real, sourced deployments — read our editorial-independence statement while we build out coverage.
