Contribute a rollout account

Post-Mortems are ChainSignal's flagship section, and they only exist because practitioners like you share what actually happened. If you deployed — or tried to deploy — supply-chain AI at a named vendor, we want to hear about it, whether it succeeded, failed, or landed somewhere in between.

Before you submit

  • Submissions go through editorial review before publication — this is not an automatic or instant publishing form.
  • We assign a verification level (first-hand interview, earnings-call disclosure, litigation record, or press-corroborated) based on what you can substantiate.
  • You choose whether to be named, attributed by role/company only, or fully anonymized — tell us your preference below.
  • We do not publish composite or synthesized "typical" outcomes as real accounts — your account is published as your own, or not at all.

Submitting opens an email to our editorial team with these details pre-filled. We do not process payments or create accounts through this form.

After review, a verified submission may become a new Post-Mortem record. While you wait, browse existing Post-Mortems or return home.
